Sizing: To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size charts when making your selection. Our size chart can be found along with the dress image for your convenience. We are not responsible for issues related to sizing, such as tears or rips in the fabric that may occur.
Quality Control: All gowns & products undergo a thorough inspection by a team member before it is shipped to you.
Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event that you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, various issues and damages to your item can occur within the shipping process. We are not liable for such. Failure to report any issues within stated timeframe will result in a denial of remedy.

Do not dry clean. Do not machine wash.
Do not sit in direct sunlight.
Lay flat or hang the dress to avoid stretching your mesh fabric.
Feather dresses: take the dress out and shake the feathers out to allow feathers to fluff up more (usually takes 24-48 hours)
Rhinestones Fabric: Please handle products made with metal rhinestones fabric with extra care, as they are delicate. Avoid pulling on the dress, as doing so may cause tears that render the dress unwearable.
*After Your Order Has Been Processed*
Immediately after processing, your item under goes quality control, and makes it’s way to you!
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damages, delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages. You will be provided a tracking number via email to the email account the item was purchased under. In the event that a package is returned to us due to failure of pickup or an invalid address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges in such cases.
U.S.A Shipping
- Regular Shipping: We use FedEx for regular shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Express Shipping: For expedited delivery within the USA, our Rush Shipping option ensures delivery in just 2 business days. This option is provided at the customer’s expense only.
Please note that you were duly informed about the delicate nature of products made with rhinestones fabric before placing your order. As such, do not offer refunds or exchanges for dresses that tear due to mishandling.
